Choice Support Tasmania is looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with excellent time management, communication and problem solving skills to join our Disability Support team as a Full-Time Office Coordinator.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.  

responsibilities will included but not limited to: 
  • Developing and administering all employee rosters; including troubleshooting any issues that arise such as alterations, Participant cancellations and employee absences.
  • You will be the key point of contact for participants, support workers, management and any visitors who attend our office. 
  • You will be responsible for responding to all queries within a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary to the Operations Manager; willingness to balance the intricacies of participants choice and control, business restraints as well as the SCHADS Award.

Requirements

What we would like from you:
  • Strong problem solving skills identified as key capability of the position
  • Previous experience in a rostering role is desirable, not required but an advantage
  • Proven experience providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of the SCHADS Award desirable
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and can keep on top of communicating multiple things with many different people at once.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Able to work as part of a team and also on your own.
