Support is planned around your circumstances and may include assistance with:

  • Bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Household routines
  • Shopping and essential errands
  • Attending appointments
  • Developing everyday living skills

Personal care

Personal care supports your daily hygiene, dignity and independence. Our support workers provide respectful assistance that follows your preferences and encourages you to do the things you can and want to do for yourself. Support may include:

  • Assistance with bathing, showering or personal hygiene
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Hair care
  • Mobility assistance and transfers
  • Toileting support
  • Assistance with prescribed exercise programs
  • Support with mobility equipment where appropriate

Transfers, prescribed exercises and equipment use need to reflect your individual support requirements and relevant professional instructions. Please discuss these needs with us before support begins.
