At Choice Support Tasmania, our personalised Community Access support helps you take part in local activities, develop skills and work towards greater independence. Support is planned around your goals, interests and preferences, with you involved in decisions about how it is provided.

Our Community Access services support your confidence, independence and involvement in the community. Depending on your needs, support may include:
